What’s involved?

As a Loan Administrator you will do it all: Sales, Customer Service, Risk Management, Collections, Administration, Security, Marketing and having Fun!

The two primary duties of this job are:

  • Issuing Loans. As a Loan Administrator you will handle all facets of the payday loan administration process including: taking and approving payday loan applications, issuing funds, receiving payments, and client management.
  • Retention. Your other primary duty will be calling delinquent customers and recovering overdue accounts.

What is required?

  • Proven cash handling experience
  • Proven customer service experience in a fast paced environment
  • Previous collection experience an asset
  • Computer literate
  • Bondable and no criminal record
  • Proven ability to work independently

The successful candidate will exhibit the following:

  • Friendly outgoing personality and communication style.
  • Unquestionable trust, integrity, confidentiality and judgment.
  • Meticulous by nature, you don’t take shortcuts.
  • Confident self-starter able to work independently while communicating with the team.
  • Respectful behavior at all times.
  • Spidey sense. Sometimes it comes down to your gut feeling.
